Axjo Group Expands in France With Eco-Tourets Acquisition

Axjo Group, a provider of recycled polymer packaging solutions, has acquired French company Eco-Tourets as part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in France and build closer relationships with customers across the country. The transaction will establish a stronger local platform for Axjo Group, enabling the company to improve service, accelerate deliveries, and pursue new growth opportunities in the French market.

Following the acquisition, Eco-Tourets’ facility in Villeneuve-sur-Yonne, located southeast of Paris, will initially operate as a local logistics and sales hub for Axjo Group. The facility is expected to help the company respond more efficiently to customer requirements while reducing logistical distances and improving supply reliability.

The acquisition forms part of Axjo Group’s broader European expansion strategy, which focuses on developing stronger local operations. Earlier in 2026, the company established Axjo GmbH in Cologne, Germany. Eco-Tourets was founded by Maxime Peyronny and developed a business centered on sustainable packaging solutions for the wire and cable industry. His industry expertise, local customer relationships, and emphasis on data and research were important factors supporting the transaction.

Peyronny will remain with the business and lead Axjo Group’s local operations in France. He said the combination of Axjo Group’s scalability with his local network and market knowledge provides a strong foundation for further expansion.
