Balanced feedstock availability and comfortable warehouse inventories may continue to keep physical supply accessible, although renewed buying interest could slightly improve supplier bargaining power and support spot offers. Demand recovery is anticipated to emerge gradually across domestic and export channels, with cemented-carbide tool makers and alloy-steel mills expected to resume selective APT restocking after earlier inventory drawdowns. Construction and automotive activity may remain stable, while export shipments to major markets are likely to improve moderately. Domestic concentrate stability could support conversion margins and help underpin the projected June rebound.
