Chlorosulphonated Polyethylene Rubber Prices Rise in Asia Amid Growing Demand

During the first half of March xxxx, prices of Chlorosulphonated Polyethylene Rubber experienced a continuing upward trend in the overall Asian market. This Underlying trend is primarily driven by the demand from the downstream industries specifically automotive and construction sectors.

In China, general manufacturing PMI rose to xx.x in Feb xxxx from xx.x in the previous month. This marked the highest reading since last year. As per the market report, sales of automobiles in the Chinese market show a decline in February by xxx versus January. But the annual trend indicates the inclining behaviour of sales in March. The raw material Polyethylene containing High and Low Density also shows an upward trend in February. Whereas the raw material chlorine remained stagnant which was settled at USD xx/tonne.
