The facility marks a significant milestone for the family-owned company, reflecting its dedication to long-term growth, innovation, and sustainable practices.
The newly established center represents an investment of approximately 17 million euros by Endress+Hauser Temperature+System Products. This four-story building operates with carbon neutrality in mind, utilizing environmentally conscious energy solutions such as geothermal heating and solar power systems. This approach not only aligns with the company’s commitment to sustainability but also demonstrates its proactive role in responsible resource management. By integrating eco-friendly technologies, Endress+Hauser ensures that its expansion contributes positively to both the local environment and the wider community.
Designed with both collaboration and individual productivity in mind, the new offices provide a flexible workspace for around 150 employees. The facility blends quiet areas with collaborative zones, offering an environment conducive to creative problem-solving and innovation. In addition, the inclusion of a staff restaurant on the ground floor encourages informal interactions, further fostering a culture of teamwork and idea exchange. The overall expansion has added 3,500 square meters of usable space to the Nesselwang site, enhancing operational capacity and employee experience simultaneously.
The investment is part of Endress+Hauser’s broader strategic vision to strengthen its global market position while enhancing its appeal as an innovative employer within the Allgäu region. Harald Hertweck, managing director of Endress+Hauser Temperature+System Products, emphasized that the facility reflects the company’s aim to expand its capabilities and deliver sustainable growth for the future.
