Mid-Nov 2025: China’s DAP Prices Decline 4%, Morocco Expands Global Reach

The international Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) market started to feel some pressure in mid-November 2025, seeing some softening demand in various regions while buyers backed off on their purchasing in DAP supply. China still maintains a solid focus within the DAP market globally, with exporters even lowering offers as the interest internationally is very weak and producers are slow to continue to reopen offers into the winter storage season, demand. India continued to be a driver in the global sentiment by pulling down regional benchmarks from aggressive buying through tenders for whatever the purchase type but still impacting up the regional flows of supply. Morocco, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia showed some sales, but overall trading does seem slow. The U.S., Europe, Southeast Asia, and Latin America remain static in demand with minimal application. The caution from buys and the supply will likely produce an overall continued pressure on the DAP global market and should maintain its undue pressure into year end.
