Nuberg EPC, a leading global engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company specializing in the chemical industry, is pleased to announce its collaboration with PT. Hidrogen Peroxida Indonesia on an innovative project in Jakarta. The agreement was formalized during a high-profile meeting in Jakarta, attended by key figures from PT. Hidrogen Peroxida Indonesia, including President Director Miss Cendrasuri Ependy, Mr. Welly Thomas, Mr. Boediarto Boentaran, Mr. Raymond Ng, Mr. Iskandar Utina, and Mr. Hadi Widjaja Purnomo. Representing Nuberg EPC were Mr. Amit Tyagi, Director, Mr. Gautam Pratap, Business Development Manager, and Mr. Vishal Goyal, General Manager – Tech & Process. This venture marks Nuberg EPC’s first entry into the Indonesian market, paving the way for future collaborations in Southeast Asia.

Nuberg EPC has secured the contract to design, engineer, procure, and construct PT. Hidrogen Peroxida Indonesia's cutting-edge Hydrogen Peroxide Plant. With a production capacity of 40,000 metric tons per annum (MTPA), this project highlights Nuberg EPC's commitment to advancing the chemical industry in Indonesia and across Southeast Asia.

The collaboration with PT. Hidrogen Peroxida Indonesia aligns with Nuberg's strategic expansion in the Asia Pacific region, utilizing its EPC expertise to foster sustainable growth and innovation. Hydrogen Peroxide, known for its versatility in applications such as bleaching, disinfection, and wastewater treatment, is essential in numerous industries. This project represents a significant step in the company's dedication to promoting green chemistry practices in Asia.

The company offers complete EPC services, ensuring smooth project execution from concept to commissioning on a turnkey basis. With 28 years of experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget, Nuberg EPC is a reliable partner. The Hydrogen Peroxide technology for this project, developed at the Nuberg Innovation and Technology Centre, incorporates patented, high-efficiency process designs. This cutting-edge technology will be employed in the H2O2 manufacturing plant.

It employs Nuberg’s proprietary Hydrogen Peroxide technology to achieve exceptional results. A key highlight is the production of plant equipment at Nuberg HFD, an advanced Process Equipment Manufacturing Company covering 115,000 square meters in Jhagadia, Gujarat. This facility is one of the largest and most modern manufacturing plants. With over 400,000 available Engineering Man Hours, the company guarantees excellence in all facets of its projects.

The project will be carried out in Banten, Indonesia, representing a key milestone in Nuberg EPC’s global expansion. The strategic location, with its robust infrastructure and skilled workforce, will facilitate the project's successful completion within the designated 21-month timeline. PT Sulfindo Adiusaha, the parent company of PT Hidrogen Peroxida Indonesia, is a prominent entity in Chlor-Alkali and Vinyl development. Founded in 1987 as PT Indochlor Prakarsa Industries, Sulfindo initially produced Caustic Soda and EDC, later expanding to VCM and PVC by 1995. In 2005, its subsidiaries consolidated into Sulfindo, which now boasts an annual production capacity of 320,000 DMT of Caustic Soda, 380,000 MT of EDC, 130,000 MT of VCM, and 110,000 MT of PVC. The company plans further expansion to meet increasing market demand.

The ambitious 21-month timeline highlights the company's meticulous planning and execution, ensuring the facility meets the region's increasing demand for Hydrogen Peroxide.
