Panthenol Prices Show Modest Recovery in China Amid Stabilizing Demand and Easing Cost Pressures

Panthenol prices in the Chinese market saw a slight rebound in July 2025 following a steep decline in June, which was driven by high inventories, reduced raw material costs, and weak export demand. Improved domestic sentiment and a pickup in inquiries helped support the modest recovery. Prices are expected to rise further in the second half of July amid strengthening demand and firming market sentiment.

Panthenol prices in the Chinese market experienced a slight increase in July xxxx, forming a counter-response to the steep depreciation experienced in June, as per ChemAnalyst. This recovery coincides with the stabilised domestic demand, slow liquidation of carries and the relatively resistant market sentiment. Although the June price declines were due to bearish fundamentals, recent gains in procurement activity and the market outlook began to turn sentiment towards a more positive direction.
