Pulsar Helium mobilizes drill rig for Topaz Project, aiming to expand helium resource understanding and advance U.S. supply chain development.

Pulsar Helium Inc., a prominent player in helium exploration and development, has officially announced the mobilization of its drill rig and all associated support equipment to its flagship Topaz Project located in Minnesota, USA. The equipment is scheduled to arrive on-site this Wednesday, marking a significant milestone in the Company’s ongoing efforts to evaluate and expand its helium resources.

The upcoming drilling program is designed to encompass up to ten additional wells. These wells aim to further delineate the geometry, size, and productivity of the helium-bearing reservoir that has been identified through prior drilling and flow-testing campaigns. The initiative will build upon the encouraging results obtained from the initial Jetstream wells, providing a clearer understanding of the resource’s scale and commercial potential.

The first well of the campaign, Jetstream #3, is expected to commence drilling later this week. Key Pulsar personnel, including the President & CEO, Chief Financial Officer, and Operations Manager, are on-site to oversee final preparations and ensure smooth commencement of operations.

The program targets helium-bearing formations at depths ranging from approximately 1,500 to 3,900 feet (around 450 to 1,200 meters). These depth intervals may be further refined based on geological modelling, ensuring each well achieves full penetration of the reservoir at its designated location. Drilling operations are planned to run continuously on a 24-hour basis, employing rotating crews to optimize efficiency and reduce potential downtime.

Throughout the drilling campaign, Pulsar will collect and analyze a wide range of data, including gas shows, core samples, and downhole measurements. Real-time analysis of this information will allow the Company to refine its reservoir model, verify connectivity between wells, and identify the most promising locations for future production infrastructure. This approach is aimed at maximizing both the operational and commercial potential of the Topaz Project.

Commenting on the development, Thomas Abraham-James, President & CEO of Pulsar, stated: "The mobilization of our drill rig marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter at Topaz. Building upon the strong performance of Jetstream #1 and #2, this next phase is pivotal in confirming the scale of helium resources in Minnesota. Each well drilled brings us closer to accurately quantifying the resource, advancing Topaz toward commercial development, and reinforcing Pulsar’s strategic role in bolstering U.S. helium supply chains."

This upcoming drilling program underscores Pulsar’s commitment to expanding helium production capabilities within the United States, responding to increasing demand for this critical element across industrial, medical, and technological applications. The success of this campaign will play a central role in advancing the Company’s growth strategy while enhancing the resilience and security of domestic helium supply.
