Samsonite’s Paralux Collection redefines travel with sustainable materials, modular organization, innovative dual-access design, and award-winning durability for modern global journeys.

Samsonite, a globally recognized name in premium travel solutions with headquarters in Luxembourg City, LU, and Massachusetts, USA, has officially launched the Paralux Collection—a range of hardside luggage and travel bags designed to meet the evolving expectations of modern travelers. This collection combines intuitive organization, forward-thinking design, and a deep focus on sustainability, offering a revolutionary approach to the art of packing.

The Paralux Collection reflects Samsonite’s enduring commitment to crafting products that merge functionality with environmental responsibility. “Paralux represents far more than a new line of luggage; it embodies the shared vision of our global team to reimagine travel gear. With this launch, we highlight the essence of Samsonite—innovative design, eco-conscious practices, and a deep understanding of how people travel today. It is not only built for the demands of today’s journeys but also aligned with our responsibility to the planet,” stated Kyle Gendreau, CEO of Samsonite Group.

Durability remains at the forefront of the Paralux Collection, with each product undergoing rigorous testing to ensure it withstands extensive use. Sustainability is equally central: the outer shells are made from at least 50% post-consumer recycled polypropylene, trolley tubes are crafted with 100% recycled aluminum, and all fabrics, linings, and zipper tapes are made from 100% recycled PET plastic. To further extend longevity, the wheels and pull handles are designed for user-friendly repairs, allowing travelers to replace components themselves without sending items to a service center.

These eco-conscious and functional innovations earned the Paralux Collection two prestigious Red Dot Awards—for Sustainability Design and overall Design. The Red Dot distinction is recognized internationally as a symbol of high-quality design and product excellence, underscoring Samsonite’s ability to lead in both durability and sustainability.

At the core of the collection lies a patented dual-access design, enabling users to open their suitcase from a traditional middle split or a front door panel. This flexibility is ideal for tight spaces or fast-paced travel. The collection also integrates removable modular packing cubes, TSA-approved locks, double suspension wheels, and ergonomic adjustable handles to enhance convenience and security.

The Paralux range offers versatile options, from the Everyday Backpack and Weekend Duffel to the Hardside Large Spinner for international travel. Notable innovations include the 2-in-1 Backpack, which separates into a full-size travel bag and a compact “Go Bag” for flexible use. Each piece is designed to interconnect seamlessly—duffels and backpacks can stack on spinner suitcases, while modular compartments ensure a streamlined packing journey from start to finish.

Available in Large, Medium, Global, and Domestic Carry-Ons, as well as travel backpacks and duffels, the Paralux Collection is offered in refined shades such as Black, Stone Grey, Olive, and Midnight Navy. With prices ranging between $170 and $390, the collection is now available through select retailers and Samsonite’s global channels. The worldwide campaign includes activations across outdoor advertising, social media, influencer collaborations, retail outlets, e-commerce, and wholesale partners.

More than just luggage, the Paralux Collection represents Samsonite’s vision of stylish, functional, and sustainable travel for a new era of mobility.
