Product Description
Deoiled Soya Lecithin Powder is a highly refined phospholipid-based product obtained from soybean oil during the degumming process, followed by removal of oil to produce a free-flowing powdered form. It is widely used as a natural emulsifier, dispersing agent, stabilizer, instantizing agent, and release agent across food, pharmaceutical, feed, nutraceutical, and industrial applications. Rich in phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and other phospholipids, deoiled soy lecithin improves blending efficiency between oil and water phases while enhancing texture, shelf life, and product stability.
In the food industry, it is extensively utilized in bakery products, chocolates, dairy formulations, instant beverages, confectionery, margarine, and nutritional supplements due to its excellent emulsification and wetting properties. In pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications, it serves as a carrier and dispersing agent in capsules, powders, and health supplements. The animal feed industry uses deoiled lecithin to improve fat digestion and nutrient absorption in livestock and poultry feed. Compared with liquid lecithin, the powdered form offers superior handling, longer shelf life, easier transportation, and improved formulation convenience.
