Asian PBR Prices Dip on Falling Butadiene Costs, But Demand Recovery Looms

In the asian market the price of the Polybutadiene Rubber (PBR) witnessed a notable fall as of mid-week of March. This fall in the PBR price is majorly attributed to the decrease in the Butadiene price which marked as the contributing factor for the reduction in the production cost. However the demand from the downstream market witnessing a notable improvement. Additionally market participants are optimistic for the recovery in the demand due to which this fall in the PBR price can be market as the minimal price correction from the supplier’s end which a projection of the accumulation of the inventories on a needy basis.
