The Coal market witnessed a downward trend in April xxxx as prices dropped notably by x.xx as compared to the previous month. The subdued price environment was driven by steady production levels and subdued demand from downstream energy generation and steel production sector which impacted the consumption levels and led to downward pressure on the prices.
