This marks a significant step towards validating their Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technology and producing battery-grade lithium carbonate.

E3 LITHIUM LTD. (TSXV: ETL) (FSE: OW3) (OTCQX: EEMMF), a frontrunner in Canadian lithium development, today announced a major stride forward in its Clearwater Project with the timely arrival of critical equipment for its Demonstration Facility. This delivery, which occurred on July 7, 2025, includes the sophisticated 30-column Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) system, alongside crucial polishing and purification units. These components are integral to both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the planned testing at the facility, underscoring the company's commitment to a rigorous validation process.

The newly arrived equipment is comprised of five distinct skids, designed for seamless integration and fully automated operation once assembled. Over the coming weeks, the E3 Lithium team will be diligently working on the on-site assembly and thorough testing of all units. This meticulous inspection phase is vital to ensure that no damage occurred during transit, guaranteeing the integrity and optimal performance of the system. Following this, the commissioning process will commence, beginning with essential leak testing and comprehensive electrical inspections. Once these preliminary checks are complete, the facility will be ready to begin processing raw brine, initiating the core operations of the demonstration program.

Phase 1 of the demonstration program is set to culminate with the successful completion of this commissioning phase, utilizing brine readily available on the surface. The ultimate objective of this initial phase is the production of lithium carbonate, a key indicator of the system's efficacy and a significant step towards commercial viability.

Chris Doornbos, President and CEO of E3 Lithium, expressed his enthusiasm regarding this pivotal development. “The arrival of the equipment officially kicks off our Demonstration Program and is a key milestone towards commercial lithium production,” Doornbos stated. He acknowledged the collaborative effort involved, adding, “With only a few systems of this kind operating, we appreciate each of our vendors and engineering firms for their ongoing support.” The E3 Lithium team is reportedly eager to get the equipment operational, and the company plans to provide continuous updates on the Demonstration Facility’s progress as it moves towards the commissioning of Phase 1.

Each subsequent phase of the Demonstration Facility is designed to build upon the previous, serving as an important and progressive step towards comprehensively validating E3 Lithium’s proprietary process technology. This includes demonstrating the company's capability to produce battery-grade lithium carbonate at a commercial scale.
