Eneos Corporation in Japan Underwent a Permanent Turnaround at its Osaka Crude Distillation Unit

Eneos Corporation, the largest refining giants in Japan, underwent a permanent turnaround in its crude distillation unit on 30th of September. The crude distillation unit of 115000 bpd was under its Osaka refinery. Post the shutdown of the venture in Osaka refinery, Eneos Corporation will be shifting its collaboration with PetroChina corporation to Chiba refinery. Furthermore, the company also announced a scheduled maintenance turnaround in its crude distillation unit of Wakayama refinery with a capacity around 127500 bpd on 27th September. The operations in Wakayama refinery are scheduled to begin from early December. In addition, the company also underwent another maintenance turnaround in its crude distillation unit in Negishi refinery on 25 September with a scheduled restart from the first week of November.
