HASA Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of water treatment solutions, announced it has completed the acquisition of certain assets of Clearwater Chemicals, a Texas-based provider of water treatment products and services. Clearwater Chemicals specializes in supporting commercial and recreational pools, competitive aquatic systems, and water cooling towers.

The acquisition marks a strategic expansion for HASA as it continues to strengthen its footprint in the South Central United States. Clearwater Chemicals will now operate as part of the broader HASA network, known for delivering safe, clean, and clear water treatment solutions across recreational, municipal, and industrial markets.

Clearwater Chemicals is recognized for its mini-bulk delivery services of sodium hypochlorite (liquid chlorine bleach) and other essential water treatment chemicals. The company also provides comprehensive aquatic system treatment programs, which include chemical dosing systems, feed and control equipment, and a proactive service protocol designed to maintain optimal water chemistry.

“We are excited to welcome Clearwater Chemicals into the HASA family,” said Chris Brink, CEO of HASA. “This acquisition strengthens our service capabilities and product offerings in Texas and reinforces our commitment to delivering consistent value to our customers and shareholders. HASA has a strong track record of successful integrations, and we look forward to building on that with Clearwater.”

Angela Tran, HASA’s chief strategy officer, emphasized the importance of the Texas market in HASA’s growth strategy. “We are thrilled to expand our reach in Texas, a key region for water care innovation and infrastructure development,” Tran said. “This acquisition allows us to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and reliable water treatment solutions to more local communities, while continuing our commitment to sustainability.”

Since 1964, HASA has been a trusted provider of premium liquid sodium hypochlorite and related water treatment products. With the addition of Clearwater Chemicals, HASA further extends its legacy of service-focused innovation and environmental responsibility.

The acquisition not only enhances HASA’s distribution network but also provides greater flexibility in meeting the needs of commercial clients and municipalities throughout the region. HASA will continue to prioritize customer satisfaction, safety, and environmental stewardship as it integrates Clearwater’s operations into its platform.

The deal underscores HASA’s ongoing strategy to grow through targeted acquisitions that align with its mission of delivering superior water care solutions across the western and southern United States.

HASA Inc. is a leading vertically integrated manufacturer and distributor of high-quality water treatment solutions, serving recreational, industrial and municipal markets.
