Kiri Industries Limited, one of the largest manufacturers of dyes, dye intermediates and basic chemicals based out of Gujarat. The company has several manufacturing locations across India. The company has a strong product portfolio and exports its products to Asia-Pacific, the European Union and the Americas. The company’s Sulphuric Acid manufacturing unit with an installed capacity of 182 KTPA at Vadodara has been shut down temporarily for 12 days due to scheduled maintenance undertaken by the company. The plant is expected to resume operations in the last week of December. However, this is not likely to create a shortage of the product in the market as the company has inventory to meet its customer’s demand.
