The Sulphur market in the United States shifted into a softer phase toward the end of July after spending most of the month under relatively balanced trading conditions. Sulphur market participants reported a slowdown in spot buying interest as purchasers became increasingly cautious, leading sellers to adjust offers to stimulate transactions. Although overall supply conditions remained stable and downstream consumption continued at routine levels, the easing of procurement activity at month-end weighed on market sentiment. Despite this late correction, the broader market continued to reflect healthy long-term fundamentals supported by steady industrial demand and uninterrupted supply.
