In a move set to transform the efficiency and sustainability of the lithium industry, Saint-Gobain Ceramics, a global powerhouse in materials and solutions for sustainable industries, and Eurodia Industrie, a specialist in process engineering and liquid purification technologies, have officially unveiled a strategic partnership. The collaboration is designed to provide comprehensive, integrated solutions for the rapidly expanding Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) market.
Saint-Gobain Ceramics contributes its advanced, proprietary lithium-selective adsorbent materials. These adsorbents are the culmination of extensive Research & Development in ceramics and materials science, engineered for exceptionally high capacity, selectivity, and durability. They are specifically optimized for repeated use in the cyclic adsorption/desorption processes that are fundamental to efficient DLE operations.
Meanwhile, Eurodia Industrie brings decades of experience in the design, optimization, and industrial scaling of complex separation systems, honed across diverse sectors including food and beverages, environmental, and energy transition industries.
