U.S.: KBR has made an announcement regarding the selection of its K-GreeN® technology by Avina Clean Hydrogen for their Green Ammonia project in the United States. According to the agreement, KBR will provide the process technology license and engineering design for a brand-new project that aims to produce 2,200 metric tons per day of Green Ammonia.

Ammonia is recognized as a key Hydrogen carrier for decarbonizing power and marine transport. The Avina project's KBR design offers a complete Green Ammonia solution, including electrolysis to Ammonia synthesis, integrated seamlessly.

The successful implementation of this project highlights the economic feasibility of producing Green Ammonia at a commercial scale.

The selection of KBR as the licensor for Green Ammonia technology marks a significant stride towards achieving our goals. We arrived at this decision after considering not just KBR's cutting-edge technology, but also their proven track record of delivering holistic solutions.
