Nautic Partners recently announced the completion of the acquisition of Aurora Plastics. The acquisition will be in partnership with Aurora’s existing management.

Aurora Plastics is a leading manufacturer of Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) and other customized polymer products. The company provides high-quality polymers, services which are industry leading, and customizable solutions.

Aurora has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing high-quality PVC, TPE, and alloy compounds. The company has manufacturing facilities in Streetsboro, North Carolina, Quebec, Massachusetts, and Texas.

Poly Vinyl Chloride is a polymer with a wide range of applications including pipes and cables etc. Major end use industries for PVC are construction and automotive. With both these sectors reviving from the shocks of coronavirus related lockdowns, the acquisition comes at a time when the demand for both construction and automotive sector is set to grow in North America.

As per ChemAnalyst, “the acquisition by Nautic Partners is aimed at expanding its technical expertise to more high-end products including PVC polymer. With the building and construction sector reviving from the lockdowns, the acquisition is expected to capture the demand rise in the construction sector for PVC.”
