By leveraging technological innovation and engineering excellence, Air Liquide aims to accelerate decarbonization efforts while delivering long-term value for stakeholders. The company believes that strategic exposure to high-growth markets and emerging megatrends will continue to drive future expansion opportunities.
The sale of the biogas production activities illustrates how Air Liquide is refining its operational priorities while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation. As industries worldwide intensify efforts to transition toward lower-carbon operations, the Group plans to focus on areas where it can deliver the greatest technological and economic impact.
Meanwhile, Mobius Renewables is expected to continue operating and developing the acquired biogas assets, supporting renewable energy and sustainable fuel production across the four countries involved in the transaction.
